At Paarijaat Personal Care Private Limited (“Laani”), we are committed to delivering your orders safely, swiftly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship orders across India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted logistics partners, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Bluedart.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is placed, and further updates when it is shipped and delivered.
Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver all orders within 4 to 5 business days (excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch. While most orders arrive earlier, unforeseen delays (such as logistical disruptions, weather conditions, or remote locations) may occasionally extend delivery timelines. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation message, please contact us promptly so we can follow up with the delivery partner.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping across India on orders above INR 600.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor its status in real time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us at hello@withyoulaani.com or WhatsApp us on +91 92655 33103
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. COD orders are subject to the following conditions. COD orders are subject to an additional INR 50 charge on the total invoice amount. Customers are requested to have exact change ready at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to non-availability may lead to order cancellation.
Cancellation and Address Changes
Orders can only be modified before they are packed. If you need to modify your delivery address or other order details, please reach out to us promptly at hello@withyoulaani.com or WhatsApp us on +91 92655 33103 and we’ll try our best to accommodate the request. Once dispatched, cancellations and address changes are not possible
Undeliverable or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, We will coordinate with our courier partner to attempt redelivery where feasible. Repeated delivery failures may result in the order being marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, if your order is damaged in transit, contains missing items, or you have received the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a video of your package in case of damaged or incorrect items at hello@withyoulaani.com or WhatsApp us on +91 92655 33103. At the Company’s sole discretion, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.
